CHECKING ORDER STATUS

You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your order. When your order has shipped, we will send you an additional email that includes tracking number for your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after your package has been shipped by HouseOfDear.com for the tracking information to appear in the postal service system.

Upon receiving the shipping confirmation, House of Dear account holders may sign into their accounts on HouseOfDear.com and review status updates of their orders. Please reference both your HouseOfDear.com Order # and if available your tracking # when contacting Customer Service and we will do our best to help you as soon as possible.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. If you have additional questions about your order, please contact the Customer Service team by email at support@houseofdear.com.

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa and MasterCard. We don't accept checks, cash or money orders. Credit cards must have a U.S. billing address.
